1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Session storage is a separate browser feature that keeps information for one tab until it is closed. This policy covers both, because each leaves information on your device.
2. Storage set by this website
This website does not set advertising, marketing or analytics cookies.
After a form is sent successfully, the website keeps a short summary in session storage for that tab, under the name dms:sent. It holds the enquiry type, company, market or sector and reply email address, not your message or any catalogue. The confirmation page reads the summary and then deletes it; if it is not read, your browser removes it when the tab is closed.
| Name | Purpose | Category | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| dms:sent | Shows your details on the confirmation page after a form is sent | Strictly necessary (session storage) | Until the confirmation page reads it, or the tab is closed |
3. Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare may set the cookies below when the matching security feature is turned on for this website. Cloudflare classes them as strictly necessary to provide its security services.
Turnstile, which protects the forms, runs in a frame served by Cloudflare; the Privacy Policy explains the data it uses. Where enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies or browser storage.
| Name | Purpose | Category | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm | Supports Cloudflare bot detection (Bot Management or Bot Fight Mode) | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes of inactivity |
| cf_clearance | Records that your browser passed a Cloudflare security challenge | Strictly necessary | Set by the website’s challenge setting, 30 minutes by default |
| _cfuvid | Lets rate limiting tell apart visitors who share an IP address | Strictly necessary | Not published by Cloudflare |
4. Your choices
Because the website uses only necessary storage, there are no optional settings to switch on or off. You can delete cookies and site data, or block them, in your browser settings. Blocking Cloudflare’s security cookies or the Turnstile check may stop a form from being sent; blocking session storage only hides the confirmation summary.
If a form does not work, email info@dmsholdings.ae instead. If we introduce optional cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your choice before setting them.
5. Other websites and more information
A link to a map or another external website may let that service set its own cookies or storage. Its own policies apply.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data from enquiries and technical services. Email info@dmsholdings.ae with any question about this policy.
